We currently collect and process the following information:

- Coaching, Training and Skills
- Other personal information including current living circumstances.

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- Engagement with support services including:
- Youth Development Sport Skills
- Youth Development service management including participatingor attending ours events.
- Career and Management support.

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
- Referral from a partner organisation
- Social media
The Eagle Nation will only use your personal data legally. This may be in the following areas:
- To perform a contract e.g. Engaging with your child for different professional contract, sponsor or attendee of our Event Sport programmes and to undertake statistical analysis.
- As a parent in case something happen.
- Legitimate Interest.
- Consent.
We may share this information with Different Sport academy, project/programme funders, and referral management agencies.
If we have to share data with a third party, we expect them to respect the security of your data and treat it in accordance with the law. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:
(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting contact@eaglenation.co.uk.
(b) We have a contractual obligation.
(c) We have a legal obligation.
(e) We need it to perform a public event or Turnmentship.
(f) We have a legitimate interest.
HOW WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your information is securely stored on the Highlife Centre’s 365 cloud account and Dropbox services. Hardcopies are kept in folders in a secured lockable storage. We keep your personal contact details for a period of up to 10 years as required by our funders/contractors. We will then dispose your information by 2034 by clearing/deleting electronic data and shredding any hardcopy files.

Under data protection law, you have rights including:
- To ensure that we hold accurate information please keep us informed if your personal information changes.
